ABOUT US
The Hilltop Bakery originally started as a very small business selling custom birthday cakes from our Farm, and delivering them around the Manchester area. Seeing an opportunity we decided to convert one of our stables into a kitchen, so we can expand the products we offer and deliver our delicious treats to more customers.

I'm Lucy, the creator and owner of The Hilltop Bakery. I wasn't sure what to do after leaving school, but decided to do a patisserie course at college and that's what started my love for baking and all things cake! It wasn't until lockdown hit that I decided to take the leap and open my own business. I hope you enjoy eating our bakes as much as we love making them!
